Return/Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Jaipur Kurti, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are available only in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects.
    • Incorrect product received.
    • Incorrect size sent by Jaipur Kurti (different from the size ordered).
  • In all other eligible return cases, a Credit Note with 90 days validity will be issued.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery:
  • Share your:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return/exchange
  • Once approved, you may either:
    • Ship the parcel yourself, or
    • Opt for a Jaipur Kurti arranged pickup.

Return Pickup Charges

  • Orders below ₹1,000: ₹99 pickup charge.
  • Orders of ₹1,000 and above: ₹198 pickup charge.

Product Eligibility

Returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In original packaging.
  • With all tags and labels intact.

Products failing the quality check will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit note.

Size Exchange

  • Size exchange can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are free of pickup charges.
  • Exchange is allowed only for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note valid for 90 days will be issued.
  • Only one size exchange is allowed per order.

Credit Note

  • Credit Notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Credit Notes will be issued within 48 hours after the returned product is received and successfully passes the quality check.

Important Instructions

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel.
  • Please also record a video while packing the return parcel.
  • Mention your Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Order ID inside or on the return package.
  • We recommend using a traceable courier service when self-shipping returns.
  • Jaipur Kurti will not be responsible for parcels lost during return transit when shipped by the customer.

Wrong Product / Manufacturing Defect Cases

If you receive:

  • A wrong product,
  • An incomplete set,
  • An incorrect size (different from the size ordered),
  • Or a manufacturing defect,

please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved by Jaipur Kurti as per applicable policy.

Important Notes

  • Sale, clearance, or special offer products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns are available only for domestic orders.
  • Minor colour variations (up to 10–12%) due to screen settings, photography, or lighting conditions are not considered defects.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or Credit Notes will only be processed after successful quality inspection of the returned product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by contacting Customer Support:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement, or
  • Before the order is handed over to the courier partner,

whichever occurs first.
